Här kommer det försenade receptet på stekpannebröd. Så gott, verkligen! Receptet är inspirerat av Leila Lindholms, som jag gjort om lite. Min deg var lite väl klibbig när jag skulle kavla ut den, så testa tillsätta lite mer mjöl i sådana fall. Då löste det sig för mig. Lycka till!

Translation: The recipe for dry fried rye bread. It's delicious! Inspired by a swedish baker/cook named  Leila Lindholm.
 
Makes 2 breads
1/2 dl sour milk
1-2 tbsp dark syrup
1/2 tsp fennel seed
1/2 tsp anis seed
5 1/2 dl rye flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
A pinch of salt
 
Mix all the dry ingredients together. In a pestle, crush the anis- and fennel seeds and add to the mixture. Add the wet ingredients as well and stir to a dough. Divide in two parts and use a rolling pin to make the breads flat and round. When you roll them, make sure that there is rye flour on the table so the breads don't stick to it.
Fry the breads in a dry pan at medium heat a couple of minutes on each side. Enjoy!
 
Note: If your dough is very sticky try to add some more rye flour to it. Good luck!
