The recipe to apple bake with cardamom protein fluff
Serves 1
You'll need:
1 apple
Muesli (or just nuts and berries)
1 eggwhite
4 tbsp quark
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 tsp cardamom
How-to:
Heat the oven to 200°C. Take out the core of the apple and cut into circular slices. Bake until soft in the oven, meanwhile make the cardamom fluff by whisking an eggwhite until it's fluffy. Mix the banana smooth and then add into the egg together with the quark and cardamom.
Layer apple slices with cardamom fluff and muesli inbetween. Eat and enjoy!

Translation:
Breakfast cheese cake
Serves 1
You'll need:
0,5 dl oats
1 tsp psyllium seeds
2 tsp virgin coconut oil
A pinch of salt
0,5 dl yoghurt (I used blueberry yoghurt)
1 eggwhite
A pinch of vanilla powder
1/2 banana
50 g frozen raspberries
For the crust:
Combine the oats, psylliums seeds (can be omitted), coconut oil and a pinch of salt. Stir and the press out in a pie dish or an oven proof bowl. Bake for 7-10 minutes at 225°C or until it gets a golden color. Don't worry if it's a bit "crumb-y" it will come together overnight. Set to cool.
For the first layer:
Blend yoghurt, an eggwhite and a pinch of vanilla together and stir well. Then pour over the crust and microwave for about 40 seconds at full effect our until it isn't loose any more.
For the second layer:
Mix banana and raspberries together until smooth. Pour the mixture over the rest of the cheese cake. Cover with plastic foil add leave in the fridge overnight. Take out in the morning, eat and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1/4 tbsp rye flour
1 tbsp oats
Some walnuts
A pinch of salt
How-to:
Heath the oven to 225'C. Combine the ingredients and spoon out two breads on a baking tray with a baking sheet on it. Bake for approximatley 10 minutes or until the breads turn golden.

You'll need:
1 dl rolled oats
5 tbsp orange juice
1 eggwhite
1/4 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp cacao
Orange zest
Eventual sweetener
How-to:
Mix the egg in a bowl and then combine with all the remainging ingredients. Add sweetener and orange zest to taste. Microwave for 2-3 minutes at full effect. Enjoy!

När man fryser en banan så tänk på att skala bananen innan(!) och dela gärna upp den i lite mindre bitar också då det är lättare att mixa. Annars är receptet enkelt och jättegott, testa tycker jag!

1 glass
1 frosen banana
A handfull spinach
0,5 dl milk
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
A few drops of lemon juice
How-To:
Mix the frozen banana until the concistency is smooth. Blend in spinach and flax seeds and continue mixing. Add the remaining ingredients and taste. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
When you freeze a banana remember to peel it first, and it's also good to cut it into smaller pieces since it makes it easier to mix.

För banansmak:
Tillsätt 1 banan och 1-2 krm vaniljpulver och mixa ned med övriga ingredienser.
För choklad-jordnötssmör:
Tillsätt 2 msk kakao och 1 msk jordnötssmör och mixa ned med övriga ingredienser.

0,5 dl quark
0,5 dl cottage cheese
1 dl milk
1-2 tbsp stevia, honey (or other sweetener that measures equal)
How-to:
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and wait for 15 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency. Eat and enjoy!
For banan flavor:
Add a banana and 0,5 tsp vanilla powder and combine with the other ingredients before blending.
For chocolate-peanut butter flavor:
Add 2 tbsp cocoa and 1 tbsp peanut butter and combine with the other ingredients before blending.

Om man inte har kokosolja hemma så kan man använda kokossmör som man gör superenkelt själv (mixa 200g kokosflingor i ca 10 minuter, tänk på att stanna då och då och skrapa ned från kanterna), men tillsätt då en extra matsked mjölk till receptet.

1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp coconut oil (or you can sub for 1 tbsp home made coconut butter + 1 tbsp milk)
3 tbsp milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1tbsp honey or other sweetener that measures equal
How-to:
Combine all the dry ingredienst in a bowl, mix well. Then add the coconut oil, milk, egg and honey. Microwave for 1-2 minutes at full effect (don't bake it too long!). Eat and enjoy, preferably with some berries!

Så, äntligen har jag tagit mig tid och sammanställt receptet till ungsbakad ballerinagröt. Hasselnötssmör hittar ni i välsorterade matbutiker, eller så kan man göra själv!

The recipe for oven baked "ballerina"(a swedish vanilla cookie with nougat filling) oatmeal.
1 serving
1 dl rolled oats
3 tbsp milk
Some water
2 tbsp quark
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp baking powder
A dash of vanilla powder
1 banana + 1 tbsp hazelnutbutter + 1 tbsp cacao
How-to: Preheat the oven to 225 degrees celcius. Combine all the dry ingredients and then the quark, milk and som water. Put everything in an oven plate and bake for about 10-15 minutes. While baking make the "filling" by mash a banana with some hazelnutbutter and cacao. One the oatmeal is done, make a hole in the middle and add the filling. Enjoy!

En variation av mitt grundrecept till scones. Med lite mer än 3/4 dl grahamsmjöl menar jag att man kan börja tillsätta 3/4 dl och sedan eventuellt tillsätta 1-2 msk extra beroende på hur lös "degen" blir, eftersom alla bananer är olika stora.

The recipe for chocolate scones, makes 2 scones:
1 dl rolled oats
1 dl whole wheat flour
1 banana
1 dl yoghurt (natural)
1 tbsp cacao
1 tsp baking powder
Heat the oven to 225º Celsius. Mix the banana smooth and then add all the other ingredients. Eventually add 1-2 tbsp extra whole wheat flour depending on how sticky your "dough" is. Make two round scones on a baking sheet, and then bake for approximately 20 minutes. Eat and enjoy (preferably with some peanutbutter)!

Att mixa dadlarna kan vara lite klurigt eftersom de fastnar i mixern, men de måste inte mixas helt slätt. Huvudsaken är att de är mosade, så att det blir lättare att mixa samman med äppelmoset. Kakorna blir inte helt knapriga, utan lite mjuka, men är väldigt goda. Såklart går även andra nötter och bär bra i.

The recipe for breakfast cookies flavored with cardamom and lingonberries
50g pitted dates
1 dl rye flour
0,5 dl shredded coconut
0,5 dl lingonberries
35g walnuts, chopped
4 tblsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp vanilla powder
Mix the dates (it can be a bit tricky but they don't need to be made into a pure. The main reason to mix them is so that it will be easier to mix together with the applesauce.) Add the applesauce and mix some more. Then pour in the remaining ingredients (of course you can use different berries and nuts) and make into 2-3 cookies on a baking sheet. The cookies won't float out in the oven, so make them in the desired shape. Bake in oven for approximatley 30 minutes at 175º celcius. Set to cool and then enjoy!

Receptet hittade jag på Elin Ohres blogg. Det kan vara lite klurigt att få pannkakorna hela och fina, vänta därför ett litet tag innan ni vänder på dem för att steka ovansidan. Godast till tycker jag är något nötssmör(jordnöts!) och färsk frukt eller frusna bär.
